What Happened in Tumbler Ridge? On Tuesday afternoon, February 10, 2026, a very quiet and small town called Tumbler Ridge in British Columbia was shaken by a terrible act of violence. This is a place where everyone knows everyone a small community of only about 2,400 people. Around 1:20 PM local time, a shooter opened fire at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School . It is the kind of school where kids from Grade 7 to Grade 12 go to learn, play, and hang out with friends. Sadly, the violence didn't stop at the school.
